Striped Matcha Jelly
Ingredients
4 cups milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
10 sheets gelatin
Matcha paste
Brown sugar syrup
Gold leaf
Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, add the gelatin sheets, sugar and milk. 2. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Divide mixture between two bowls and add matcha to one.
Alternating between white and green mixtures, pour into a cake mold. Place in refrigerator to set after each color is added.
3. Transfer to a serving place. Add some gold leaf to the brown sugar syrup, then pour into the center of the dessert.
