STRIPPED MATCHA JELLY





Ingredients⁠
4 cups milk⁠
1/2 cup granulated sugar⁠
10 sheets gelatin⁠
Matcha paste⁠
Brown sugar syrup⁠
Gold leaf⁠

Steps⁠
1. In a mixing bowl, add the gelatin sheets, sugar and milk. 2. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Divide mixture between two bowls and add matcha to one.⁠
Alternating between white and green mixtures, pour into a cake mold. Place in refrigerator to set after each color is added.⁠
3. Transfer to a serving place. Add some gold leaf to the brown sugar syrup, then pour into the center of the dessert.
