Chocolate Pearl Cake and a glass of milk

▪ INGREDIENTS:
Sheet: 2 Vanilla cake mix, 2 Eggs, 250ml Water, 8g Cocoa powder
Ganache: 400g Chocolate, 200g Heavy cream
Lots of Chocolate ball

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Put 2 vanilla cake mix, 2 eggs, 250ml water, 8g cocoa powder in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer for 2 minutes.
2. Pour the cake batter in a cake pan and put it in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour and bake.
3. After 1 hour, remove the cake from the oven and cool off.
4. Then cut it into 3 separate layers.
5. In the other bowl put 400g chocolate, 200g of warm heavy cream and mix.
6. When the ganache is ready, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to cool down.
7. When the ganache has cool off, spread it on the cake sheet.
8. Repeat this step for 3 times until the ganache is on each layer of cakes.
9. Cover the cake with more ganache and then cover the cake with chocolate balls.
